شما چگونه می توانید توجیه کنید که یک پناهنده سیاسی در آلبانی کمک هزینه مالی و درمانی و سایر حقوق خود را در عوض اینکه در چارچوب مقررات سازمان ملل و کمیساری عالی پناهندگان از نمایندگان محلی این ارگان ها در آلبانی دریافت کند، اجبارا باید دست خود را جلوی رهبری سازمان مجاهیدن خلق دراز کند تا این سازمان نیز برای دادن کمک هزینه افراد انواع سواستفاده های شخصی و سیاسی و خانوادگی را از پناهنده مربوطه بکند؟ چرا ترتیبی اتخاذ نمی شود که اعضای جداشده و همچنین اعضای درون تشکیلات حقوق مادی خود را از کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان دریافت کنند؟ ایا عدم همکاری کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان در این ارتباط ، و در عوض همکاری کامل با فرقه مجاهدین برای در تنگنا قراردادن مالی اعضای جداشده در البانی و همچنین سایر اعضای سازمان مجاهدین در این کشور در تناقض با حقوق پناهندگی و همچنین حقوق بشر نمی باشد؟ آیا به نظر شما بهتر نیست به جای ملاقات با مریم رجوی ، با اعضای جدا شده در شهر تیرانا و همچنین اعضای مجاهدین در درون تشکیلات مجاهدین در آلبانی دیدار خصوصی ، بدون حضور ناظرین سازمان مجاهدین، داشته باشید؟

مطلع شده ایم که جنابعالی به کشور آلبانی سفر نموده اید و قصد دارید با مریم رجوی ، همسر مسعود رجوی، رهبر مجاهدین خلق دیدار داشته باشید. همچنین شما در گفتگویی با یکی از رسانه های آلبانی در پاسخ به خبرنگاری در مورد وضعیت مجاهدین گفته اید که:
” هنوز با آنها ( مجاهدین خلق ) ملاقاتی نداشته ام ولی شنیده ام که آنها در آلبانی مشکلی ندارند”

ما تعدادی از اعضای جداشده از مجاهدین خلق در آلبانی هستیم که هم اکنون در شهر تیرانا ـ البانی مشکلات گوناگونی داریم و تعجب می کنیم که شما از وضعیت بسیار بد ما نجات یافتگان از فرقه مجاهدین غفلت کرده اید!؟

آیا به نظر شما بهتر نیست به جای ملاقات با مریم رجوی ، با اعضای جدا شده در شهر تیرانا و همچنین اعضای مجاهدین در درون تشکیلات مجاهدین در آلبانی دیدار خصوصی ، بدون حضور ناظرین سازمان مجاهدین، داشته باشید؟ آقای احمد شهید ایا جنابعالی از موارد نقض فاحش حقوق بشر در سازمان مجاهدین مطلع هستید ؟ مواردی مثل:
ــ ممنوعیت ملاقات وهرگونه تماس خانواده ها با فرزندان شان که در این سازمان هستند
ــ استفاده از افراد زیر هیجده سال در عملیات نظامی
ــ سرکوب شدید مخالفان و افراد ناراضی در سازمان و راه اندازی زندان و شکنجه و اعدام در زمان صدام حسین دیکتاتور سابق عراق
ــ راه اندازی طلاقهای اجباری و ممنوعیت ازدواج در سازمان و جدا کردن کودکان خردسال از والدین شان
ــ راه اندازی نشستهای مغز شویی و تفتیش عقاید در تشکیلات و هزاران مورد دیگر که رهبری این سازمان فرقه گرا مرتکب شده است .
برای تمام موارد ذکر شده بالا شاهدین متعدد وجود دارند که آمادگی دارند بطور مشروح و با جزئیات موارد نقض حقوق بشر در سازمان مجاهدین خلق را شهادت دهند. همچنین در اینده از شما انتظار است برای حل مشکل اعضای جداشده در آلبانی و ارتباط مستقیم با کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان برای حل مشکلات خود، بجای سازمان مجاهدین ، اقدام و تلاش بفرمایید. پیشاپیش از جنابعالی برای این کوشش سپاسگذاری می کنیم.

Dear Dr Shaheed,
We are a group of ex-members of the MEK in Albania who are residing in Tirana. We have all sorts of problems caused by the group. We are amazed that a person like you has not heard about all these problems here.
How can you accept that a political refugee in Albania instead of receiving his/her benefits (housing, payment, medical care, etc.) from the UNHCR and the local authorities and national government of Albania, is forced to get it as a hand-out from the leadership of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation? And how is it not obvious to you that the MEK uses this arrangement to take all sorts of advantages whether political, social, personal and even extending it to the misuse of our families?
Why don’t you and the UNHCR arrange a situation so that the ex-members and members alike could receive their benefits directly from the UNHCR according to the UN’s own clear laws? Don’t you think that the refusal of the UNHCR office in Tirana to apply the UN laws and the help it gives to the MEK to put pressure on the ex-members and members alike is a breach of UN laws pertaining to refugees and their fundamental human rights?
Don’t you think it would be better that you, instead of only arranging to meet with Maryam Rajavi, would also perhaps visit a few of the ex-members trapped in Tirana? Or even visit a few members inside the Mojahedin Khalq and have private conversations with them without the presence of MEK minders?
Dr Shaheed,
Unfortunately, Iran over the past years has been the main beneficiary of your clandestine and deeply suspicious and corrupt relationship with the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation and its criminal leaders. And unfortunately you alongside the MEK have been the biggest obstacle in pushing forward the issue of human rights in Iran.
Your honor, are you aware of the violation of Human Rights in this Cult like Organization?
Amongst them:
-Prevention of the members from outside world even their children and families.
-Military use of the children.
-Suppression of the dissident members, imprisonment, torture, and killing them at the time of Sadam Hossein the late Iraqi dictator.
-Force divorcing the members from their spouse and separating the children from their parents.
-Running systematic mind manipulation and inquisition sessions, against the members.
